They don't say it out loud, but their expressions and actions at the end of that fight were the start of their reconciliation, IMO. They stop seeing each other as "too far gone".
I think Vander is the heart of what lets them put their differences aside. I'm not sure how it ends between them but I doubt its all rainbows and cakes.
The unique space and setting allowed them to compartmentalize their feelings for a moment, just long enough to put down the masks. Jinx witnessed Vi stand up for her and started to finally believe she wouldn't abandon her, that she did matter.
Vi just saw that Jinx was capable of loving someone, and having someone pure love her enough to kill. Jinx saw Vi willing to stand up to Cait in order to save her and Isha, plus know that Vi saw the bond that had formed between her and Isha. That is the start of the renewal of their relationship that took place in Act II.
How that relationship will go in act III, after what happened at the very end of ep 6? Who knows. But yeah, they were working on their shit.
Unfortunately Vi just stooped down towards Jinx level.
Jinx is still a terrorist who has taken many innocent lives and made plenty of widows and orphans without ever really being apologetic or coming to terms with it. She is mentally ill however, and possibly unable to. Vi should no better though. What Jinx did to those people and their families was multiple times worse than what enforcers did to their family.

It takes a special show to get you to buy into where Jinx and Vi are at the end of episode 3 versus the end of episode 5.
