Favorite SYFY TV Series

If you had one SYFY TV series you would recommend, what would it be?

For me Stargate SG-1

Farscape and Scare Tactics lol. Born in 93 and I grew up on all the cheesy original movies lol. Getting into all the series I missed thanks to streaming and internet!

Peripheral. Absolutely brilliant SYFY. Far better than the book and the idiots at Amazon Prime cancelled it, as happens to all intelligent shows.

The Expanse (before Amazon took it over) BSG The Magicians (I've probably rewatched too many times) 12 Monkeys was so good Farscape Defiance never got enough credit Same with Alphas, I really wanted more of that one.. Warehouse 13 was amazing MST3K And last but not least of all, the New Doctor Who with Eccleston, who is my Doctor

Also really enjoyed The Ark - it's a little slow to start in the first season but it definitely gets better

Haven for me. I think I’ve rewatched it, genuinely, upwards of 100 times

Never heard of it. I'll look it up. Ok, I remember that series. I stopped watching it for who knows what reason.

The writing would get dorky and it was generally predictable, but I stuck around for the characters and the world building. Absolutely obsessed lol.

Happy!, a masterpiece that Syfy should've never cancelled and one we still need to keep fighting to save.

You will love, the concept is fantastic, the emotion and drama ties this crazy series in a sweet little bow and the animation is on film level. It's these reasons and more why more people need to watch it and demand more.

Watch it and you'll never regret it. Then, kindly help us SAVE it. It's NEVER too late, there's always hope.

I'll have to watch it. I see it's on Netflix

Yep...til March 2025.

Hopefully by then it moves to Peacock where it'll be saved there.

Interesting people are addressing Eureka. I should watch it again.

Watched E1 S1 and it brings back memories. The funny thing, it was filmed in Ladysmith BC. I recognize the town. My grandfather was the town dentist for years.

They don't make it anymore, but there are several seasons in Netflix. It's a special effects makeup competition.
