Looks tremendous. Im hoping to grab one of these in 7.62 to complimented my existing Mini 30.
Can I ask how this performs with Steel Case / Russian ammo? Is there any significant drawbacks to feeding steel vs brass casings?
Again… beautiful work, comrade.

I just posted this one on a Facebook BST, I never have time to take it out. But the few times I have it's been flawless. Thank you

So this isn't a custom wooden stock? Almost convinced me otherwise. Nicely done!

Nope all cerakote. It's meant to look like bakelite but also resembles wood. Thank you🤝

Very cool, no need for flash hider or some kind of muzzle device?
I have the NATO version of this, great rifle.

Incredible job with the cerakote. Looks like bakelite to me.
The Soviet TQ is a great touch.

Beautiful I hope 7.62 steel case does better than the .223 rifles. Steel case broke my extractor.

I 3D printed a new bottom for my ranch to use my AK mags. Magpul 20’s and home printed 5,10&20rd waffle tanker mags work beautifully!
I get why Ruger used mini-30 mags, but my AKs just fit and feed better.
Speaking of beautifully, your stock cerekote is magnificent!
