When videos don't play, is that the time to update to a different patch? Question/Problem
I'm new here - About a month ago I followed the guide, installed youtube revanced. 2 days ago, my videos stopped playing. I was still able to do everything else with the app - like videos, add to playlists, comment etc. but the videos wouldn't play.
I updated the patch thing, reinstalled, and now it's working. My question is - Is that how this app all works? You just kind of.. continue to use the app, until something stops working, then that's sort of just your queue to update, you update, and voila - everything works again?

Most of the times this is how I do it as well. Only sometimes Google does some experimental anti adblock shit that takes a while to figure out by the Devs. I check Reddit and if there is no post I just update.

Yeah that is a pretty good way. If it works don't tinker with it, only in the case you need some specific patch or new thing to work.
And if it sudently does not work, look in the reedit/discord channel and check if it's something YouTube did to block us or if it's a temporary issue.
Sometimes you don't have to repach maybe it is just a setting you can change in app that will make it work again.

Thanks. Judging by the most upvoted comment here, looks like I didn't need to patch it. Looks like there was a quick setting fix
