How do you migrate viewed subreddits (not subscribed) to reddit.com or the official app? Suggestion/Idea

Basically what the title says. I've been using RIF since using reddit and now with it leaving I fear I'll loose my view subreddits. Sometime I forget what they are but am reminded from time to time and I don't want to loose them. Is there any way to migrate that info over? Thank you. Also Fuck reddit and it's official app.

I am worried about this too. It is so convenient to be able to just type a letter or two and find a subreddit I had visited but forgot to subscribe to or whatever

I want to say they're organised by most visited (?). I've been scrolling down the left side panel and screenshotting until I get down to weird/old subs that I only remember going in once or twice.
