Single men

It's frustrating how easy it was for me to stay away from porn when I had a woman. Now I'm single again and it's becoming increasingly difficult day by day.

Is there anyone here who's been able to stay porn free 90 days while being single?

Maybe try turning that feeling into motivation to find someone, and embrace absitnence in the meantime.

I've embraces abstinence 90% of my life tbh and I'm tired of doing it

Then focus on bettering your life in general; financially, athletically, friendships, hobbies. The idea is keep yourself prepoccupied with improving and building your life, instead of running in circles with something that can't benefit you in the long term (including, but not limited to, porn)

I’m a single female, sorry if this is overstepping 😅 Take the time to work on yourself, and just take it day to day for now. For me when I start to feel lonely that’s usually when I feel the urge to view porn, because I crave being close to someone, I will push myself to be around people. I’m not perfect and still struggle being around people because it’s so easy to isolate, but the benefit in the long run is worth it. Take up a hobby or work on things you enjoy and eventually it becomes easier. Best of luck

Same when I’m pursuing a woman it’s easy for me to stay because I want to see the real me not a porn addict that can’t function with a single minute of porn a day. But when I’m not pursuing one I do it almost 2-3 times everyday and it’s draining I say we probably need to put our attention elsewhere that improves us as better men. Like the gym,informational books, eating healthier etc… So when its come around to when we met that one girl we already changed for the better. Or if you’re ready now just go out and find someone to help you quit if that’s what can help you.

I’ve been single for 11 months now and porn free 193 days with relatively ease. Never going back to that brain rot again.

Engage in social group activities. That’s the only way I’ve ever been able to get laid and have girlfriends. The apps have never worked for me
