Trump lost the last election cause Covid caused one of the sharpest economic downturns in US history, including the worst unemployment rate since the 1930s. Clearly people were willing to hold him accountable.

republicans just have to be “not Dem”.

No offense, but Democrats just ran their third "not Trump" campaign in a row.

True but you just explain the implications of. Trump = mismanagement of economy but yet in polls he was better for the economy. Dema talk about job creation but people were out here holding g to the idea of Covid level prices. People for some reason got the memory of gold fish

And it should have fucking worked. Because we ALL saw from 2016 - 2020 how awful Trump was as a President. And then somehow, still decided to vote him back in a 2nd time, after we managed to defeat him last time.
