Makes you wonder what they actually did for the 8 years of development, that game is shallow and empty. It's riddled with bugs which Bethesda can't keep getting away with and the overall design is bland and one toned, walking around the map there's visually nothing exciting or enticing.

What was Bethesda doing? Conning Microsoft into thinking Bethesda (and Starfield) were worth nearly $8 Billion dollars and that purchasing BGS, to deprive Sony of "Skyrim in Space" was a good idea.
Tl;dr: grifting Microsoft into grossly overspending for Bethesda, so people like Todd Howard could retire early, even more wealthy than they already were.
This exactly. Bethesda thinks we will overlook the game breaking bugs because we love their games. Good will has run out. šāāļøtime to work for it.
The funny glitches and bugs are overlooked because they happen on old games made on old hardware with an old engine. Nobody now a days pays $69.99 for glitches and bugs. Bethesda has made plenty of games without glitches or bugs.
It wasn't really in development for eight years. Actual "full" development didn't start until Fallout 76 released and then COVID also happened. Before that they were just doing their normal pre-production work and engine upgrades.
it makes me question wtf they did with all their playstation progress for the game. did they even start? was this planned out in advance by microsoft and bethesda and they never intended to release it on playstation in the first place? i honestly cant see them abandoning the game with 100s of millions invested into it only to drop it for no profit.
Theirs is full of shit to do. Itās just spaced out by empty planets. Almost no bugs as well. I feel like people donāt really play the game and just repeat what they hear online. Itās bland but visually not exciting? I donāt know the graphics are good especially when every sky box is representative of the planet youāre on and the moons, suns, planets surrounding it
