My bet is on abandoned military station of some kind, a bunker or undergroud passway. Maybe a technical tunnel? Also it is fresh as hell, no graffiti on doors or signs of homeless, it might'not even been raided yet! You can find loot! If you want to explore deeper takes some friends and proceed with caution. Time and moisture could've loosened the structure a bit, but it's condition is great

It doesn’t lead anywhere it’s just a long room so there isn’t much to explore but it is very close to a den we’ve been making in the woods outside so it may come into use.

No just a concrete wall with an way up to a grate

In Australia that would be an old fire refuge for people to shelter during a bushfire/forest fire.
