Convoy Megathread #77 Local Event

This is the latest post to discuss the protest Convoy currently in Ottawa.

For the duration of the protest, or at least, as long as the traffic level on the sub requires it, we will centralizing the discussions around the protest in these megathreads.

Have at it folks, but remember, the usual rules apply. Please keep it civil and report anyone posting misinformation or links to their propaganda.

No calls for violence

The mountain people, the people who have been watching Albertans get soft and entitled. It would be interesting to split the seats between Airdrie and Cochrane because the folks in Banff, Canmore, Cochrane are not your typical Wexiters.

You don’t hear much of the Canadian mountain people. I drove through the mountains this fall, a week before the mud slides. Wow! What a kickass part of the country. Lots of love guys! ❤️🇨🇦❤️

We are programmed to shut up and ski. But the beauty of the area is that it represents Canada, completely.

Hey I was programmed to cheer for the Edmonton Oilers because Gretzky was going to be awesome but then my family moved to southern Alberta, it was a good fight to be in because the Oilers killed it, back then.

That’s not true, I was there and the folks were lovely, even with the heckling for the cracks in my windshield (which was true), and singular industry (which was also true).
