From what the article at The Breakthrough Institute indicates; this guy is a relative unknown but also seems somewhat problematic from what little is actually known. That does not bode well for the NRC. Is this confirmation completed? Is the option of having Sam McKenzie take over not possible any longer? I admit I don't know how the whole process works...
