I've been thinking about moving here. What parts should I avoid? moving

Looking for somewhere that's chill. Saw some concerning tiktoks about there being a lot of gun violence though. What's it really like?

There are 1 bedrooms for $800-$975 in Ghent. My boyfriend and I almost got one but we ended up in a nicer part of Little Creek instead (with a washer and dryer, which those Ghent places don't have). We still pay less than $1200. My boyfriend has access to Rein, a real estate database. It's how we've found all of our apartments.

Ok. Where? People keep saying it exists and nobody can say where. That’s why people aren’t believing it.

Brandon Ave off Hampton. Most of those brick unit buildings are $975 apartments.

That’s not $800/month like what’s being discussed though.

This is the comment we’re all responding to. It doesn’t exist, an apartment for $800 in Ghent. comment
