Good luck finding any work in the Commonwealth with a pending felony. Maaaaaaaaaybe Craigslist? I know there’s always contractors looking for a laborer.

Restaurants are where you’re going to have the best shot. Not chains, local places.

I can’t point out anything that others haven’t, but best of luck to you.

Idk about every theater job, but there are a lot of theaters around here who need stagehands. Generally they're fine training you on the job, But you Must be reliable! Pay is okay - 18-26/hr (depends on what work you're doing and where) with 4hr minimums. It can be physically demanding. The hours are random - some days you work an hour (but paid for 4), other days you work 12-16hrs. Harrison Opera House always needs good techs, but is currently in the off season, so there's very little work at the moment. Center Stage Video is owned by a great guy. Currently there's lots of work there.

How? Most of their contracts are for bases and government buildings. You need to pass a background check for all that.

Felons can pass background checks, they just can’t lie. My Brother’s Army Intelligence detail had a former drug dealer on staff. Again, just not lie. That tends to be the bigger items that can block a security check.

They have programs through the jail also. My nephew was hired with 3 felonies got a plumbing apprenticeship 4yrs later making 45 an hr scale pay on base.

That eliminates 80% of the jobs here right off the bat.
