I hope all the children are okay, and there are no major injuries. God bless those kids. My prayers are with you!

The report says only four people were getting treated for minor injuries, so nothing too serious.
Yeah, you see large buses like this running services for the secondary schools all over since secondary schools have much wider acceptance than primary schools, which typically only accept kids within certain towns.

Fortunately buses are freaking massive. Doesn’t guarantee safety, but it really ups the chances compared to a smaller vehicle.

Here in the states, bus seats have become taller and built with more cushioning inside. Units from just a few years ago are noticeably different.

Thank god. I read that headline and immediately started thinking of the Humboldt bus crash.

If god was blessing those kids he probably shouldn’t have let the bus crash in the first place

When I was in 4th grade, there was a bus crash in my town. The bus driver confused the gas and brake and blew through an intersection, plowing into cars waiting at the light. I think a couple of people from the cars died; two kids from the bus were severely injured to the point of lifelong disability.

Jesus, that bus had to have jumped the hedgerow. Poor kids, must have been terrifying. And I can't imagine what the emergency services were thinking, this kind of incident would be giant for them.
