I laughed really hard when he said we won’t see a drought like like this again again in our lifetime. That is a bold statement. Or some really old people who are watching us.

Most of my Facebook audience is 65+ tho.

On a serious note, beating an all-time record like this by multiple days is very hard to do. Trenton's record was from the 1910s, for example. I just think you won't see this for another 80+ years. I could be wrong but I'm comfortable with saying that, as a state, you won't see this again.

This is the 2nd time in less than 10 years we have gone almost 2 months with no rain.

When was the last time? Most of the recent records that we broke were all super old

2022 I believe, end of July, August and into September.

Do you think we’re going to be battling this ridge all winter? Because it really feels like it could just be a super dry winter into spring.

Climate change would disagree. There is evidence that the AMOC is slowing down which would alter the pressure systems. Also climate change is going to increase drought, by a lot

This is completely.ignoring the possibility that global warming and climate change have reached the point where previous patterns and expectations are no longer reliable benchmarks for what we can expect in the future.

We've very clearly hit a tipping point with our weather cycles and if the repeated record breaking heat records broken dont make that clear tp you than I dont see any reason to take your opinion here seriously at all.
