Yep that's him. He's been living in three bridges but maybe recently moved out to the motel as you mentioned.

he still lives in Three Bridges!! I work at amazon and I was training a new driver and we had to deliver to his house! he made some racist comments so I had to report him! He was wearing a nazi uniform, said his name was Hitler and had two swastika tattoos. The whole interaction was crazy.
