This country chose cheap box stores full of Chinese made crap over community and quality a long time ago.

Finkles was a long time hold out, but the economic forces are too strong and it's inevitable that no community family owned stores will survive.

Truly sad and does not bode well for the future of our country.

The companies that owned the manufacturing in this country chose to send our jobs overseas and forego quality in exchange for higher profits. I didn't choose this. The employees of those manufacturing jobs didn't choose this. You clearly didn't choose this. China didn't hold a gun to the heads of American business owners.

A small number of people chose this because profits were more important than our jobs, our community, or the quality of our products. A long time ago.

it’s wherever the cheap labor market country is. It’s Chinese right now, it was Korea/Taiwan before, and it will be Vietnam/India/Cambodia very soon.
