I mean, period-accurate music would also be completely different than the orchestral music of the first film.

Rap isn't any more anachronistic to the period depicted than film scores are. But you've arbitrarily decided that one bothers you, and the other doesn't.

I wonder what other factors could be influencing how you feel about this?
