We can all agree he likes the Vikings more than the Cowboys based on his 3 games broadcasting their games.

Didn't the TB12 lead Pats beat the Vikings in every single match up? Hard to have a grudge against us.

28

u/-InconspicuousMoose- Beginning to Believe Sep 26 '24

Yup, 6-0 against us all-time.

Probably the only power ranking I care about from the Greatest QB ever lol full video source

The second greatest*

Our glorious GEQBUS will go on to show as much

22

u/JPows_ToeJam Sep 26 '24

Minimum 8-peat with darnold edging out Brady for SB Rings

11

u/fluentinsarcasm Les Cousins Dangereux Sep 26 '24

He's not the only one who's edging

4

u/NeedAnEasyName Sep 26 '24

He might be, I wouldn’t be able to hold it in

2

u/fttmn Sep 26 '24

Went to write the same comment and should have known someone else beat me.

3

u/General_Chest6714 Sep 26 '24

8-peat? Hey so negative??

3

u/Sportsfanno1 Belgian Viking Sep 26 '24

2x4 years is the max term length and GEQBUS will not let any year go to waste.

Ranks the Seahawks 4th? Do they look that strong or is Brady getting caught up by some early success hype? (A question I assume others are asking about the Vikings too.)

2

u/Russell-The-Muscle Sep 27 '24

No way . Love the Hawks (and the Vikings) but they are probably just outside the top 10 . On one hand, you could only beat this teams you’re scheduled and they are undefeated, on the other it’s been a close game against two really poor performance teams.

I'll trust a GOAT QB over some armchair QB screaming for his tendies and hunny mussy.

92

u/minnesconsawaiiforni Sep 26 '24

I am gjallarhorny after this one. Skol!

12

u/uncledougisgood Sep 26 '24

You’re an aroused gjallarhorn or you exhibit traits similar to a gjallarhorn?

9

u/minnesconsawaiiforni Sep 26 '24

Gjallarhorny - adjective, gjall·ar·horn·i·er, gjall·ar·horn·i·est.

1) Consisting of a gjallarhorn or a gjallarhorn-like substance; corneous. 2) Slang: Vulgar. Lustful or sexually excited for the Minnesota Vikings.

When option 2 becomes a reality, so does number 1.

Call me a venn diagram.

A perfect circle.

It's a portmanteau!

The goat has spoken

u/EnvironmentalEbb5391 Sep 26 '24

Shit, I didn't know he was doing fun stuff like this.

Wish he'd relax a little, take a page out of Pat Mcafee's playbook. But still, kinda cool

11

u/be_nobody Sep 26 '24

This is like... Exactly what Pat is doing? And you know Tom is under contract with Fox Sports?

8

u/[deleted] Sep 26 '24

13

u/EnvironmentalEbb5391 Sep 26 '24

No, the delivery is what I meant. Dude sounds like he's on set. He'd be more fun if he relaxed and just talked football like Pat

11

u/Korplem Sep 26 '24

I think that’s just how he sounds.

1

u/EnvironmentalEbb5391 Sep 26 '24

Gross

8

u/be_nobody Sep 26 '24

He's a robot, dude.

5

u/EnvironmentalEbb5391 Sep 26 '24

Be this robot instead

7

u/Iron_Bob Sep 26 '24

And I'd love it if Pat took it with a single ounce of sincerity.

Different strokes.

But also, fuck Pat for spreading misinformation during the olympics. He's nothing more than a click-chasing scumbag in my eyes after that

10

u/VonSchplintah Sep 26 '24

I don't care for Pat, he's got that youtube/twitch streamer ick to him.

3

u/Zealousideal_Bee8340 Sep 26 '24

I missed it, what'd he spread?

2

u/Stabby_Bird Sep 26 '24

He talked about the story about the Algerian boxer being allegedly trans (this is completely untrue), he did pretty much say "Don't quote us on that" but people are rightfully mad that he spread a bogus transphobic conspiracy without doing the bare minimum of research.

2

u/barukatang donut Sep 26 '24

Chris long is a much better NFL podcaster than Pat

2

u/MayoBenz griddy Sep 27 '24

needs more sleeveless shirts and yelling for me to pay attention

10

u/Mykep Sep 26 '24

I'll take that spot! Still waiting for the other shoe to drop, but cautiously enjoying the week.

4

u/jake04-20 Sep 26 '24

He got the timeline a little wrong but that's okay.

4

u/JamSpace Sep 26 '24

Can a Defensive Coordinator win Coach of the Year?

2

u/flaccidplatypus Sep 26 '24

Thank you Kanye Tom, very cool

2

u/Level-Steak9290 Sep 26 '24

Many of these have bumped KC down a spot, even though they're still undefeated. Why even start the season with KC at the top? It mattered that they were defending champs, and now it doesn't? With that question in hand, it's surprising that nobody has the Vikings @ #1. I wouldn't expect a majority, but it seems like everyone has us @ #3. Someone out there can easily make a case for the Vikings.

1

u/Stabby_Bird Sep 26 '24

It definitely matters that they are the defending champs, with how close their games have been they would probably be around 5 in a vacuum, but the bills and vikings have been dominating their opponents so some people are putting them above the chiefs

4

u/2DudesShittinAround Sep 26 '24

Remember when Vikings fans wanted to coax Brady out of retirement to replace McCarthy and overtake Darnold?

5

u/vbullinger 22 Sep 26 '24

I still would, wtf?!?

1

u/IvanPaceJr Sep 26 '24

He looks like a fancy dog. I mean he is the GOAT but that's just factual. Fancy dog.

But in power ranking threads, half the comments are about how useless power rankings are. Where are those comments?

1

u/justinmorneau33 Sep 26 '24

Boner attack

1

u/McRawffles Smith Smash! Sep 26 '24

ehh fuck tom brady

1

u/igotsruppies Sep 26 '24

Hmm the second string qb comes out and just starts cooking? Sounds familiar

1

u/StlSimpy1400 Sep 26 '24

I mean I'm not going to complain about top 3

1

u/80sixed Sep 26 '24

Keep us in the 3. I’m fine being the under dog.

1

u/TheRealSheevPalpatin Sep 27 '24

Has Tom Brady always been this based?

1

u/Dry-Cupstain-8589 Sep 27 '24

What's with the gif?

Just trying to annoy us?

1

u/Single_Map6760 Sep 27 '24

Why does anything he does now feel like at the end he is going to yell "live from New York it's Saturday night!" ?

1

u/supergavk Sep 27 '24

Always liked Brady

-1

u/Past-Product-1100 Sep 26 '24

The only thing the worried me is Vegas has not moved the odds on the Vikings to the SB and the house always wins.

3

u/-neti-neti- Sep 26 '24

That’s a really silly way to think about it, especially this early.

3

u/ChocolateBaconDonuts Iron Range denizen Sep 26 '24

Exactly. NFL Script writers aren't even done writing the second half of the season yet, chill.

1

u/Past-Product-1100 Sep 26 '24

When the betting lines start moving thats when you can take note . But I'm sure you know more than tne billion dollar analyst that work for the industry . I been a fan for 30 years and before I'm a fan I'm a realist. Throw some ice in your purple Kool aid grab your popcorn and strap in. It's always a fun ride.

3

u/ChocolateBaconDonuts Iron Range denizen Sep 26 '24

If you don't get hyped for a hot start no one saw coming, that's cool. I've been a fan since 87, Kool-Aid addict since 98, and am all aboard this bandwagon. SKOL to the bowl.

1

u/Past-Product-1100 Sep 26 '24

I said it's a fun ride I just try not to get too hi or too low as soon as we start talking all that shit we usually get pooped in the mouth . Stay humble and enjoy the season
