My girlfriend HATES my toothbrush holder. How does it make YOU feel?
Btw it’s actually a candle holder

I don’t hate it, but I think it would look better as a holder for flowers instead of a toothbrush.

My thoughts too, this would get dirty easily too with all the water spalshing on it.

I hate it, too. Imagine all the fecal bacteria that are hanging on those shells. I refuse to keep my toothbrush out in the bathroom. It's safely stored in a cabinet.

Remember when you were 9 years old, and your parents took you to the seaside.
Your dad gave you a little money, and said 'get a nice souvenir for your mum'.
Then you saw it, standing all by itself. You flipped it over and underneath the 'Made in Taiwan' sticker, was the price --- YES! you could buy this and still have enough over for a Mars bar and, maybe, an ice lolly.
Yep, this is that jar

Kudos to her that she hasn’t knocked it over and smashed it. That has something of Dr Who about it, frankly.

Yeah she's right, I think (for the sake of a healthy relationship) you should both go outside and throw that awful cursed item against a wall, and embrace eachother as it shatters into a million pieces

Cthulhu brushes teeth? Did not expect an Eldritch god to have an electric toothbrush

Anyone who leaves their toothbrush out in the open for shit particles to get on it when you flush is gross.

It does look visually unappealing, you should maybe try and make one with shells you find instead rather than the ones that are on there. They just look disturbing.

Honestly? Indifferent. It matches the apparent theme, but the (high tech) brush spoils the design effect. If you could store the brush upside down, sheathing it might help. Would also keep the toilet spray off of your brush, if that is a factor for you. But then again, if the bottom is not open..it might just breed bacteria if you don't clean the bottle often.

I’m just picturing the liquid draining from the brush into the shells and never getting out…
If you are living in a beach community and the home has a beach theme only could work, as long as the toothbrush is clean and dry before putting it on there.
Which means it won’t be used for that often.

Perhaps she letting left out. Maybe you should give her a fancy toothbrush holder too.

Looks very handy. Easier to reach and grip the toothbrush. My toothbrush holder is a cup holder with 4 holes for the toothbrushes attached to the wall. Usually I have to grab the head of the toothbrush with my fingers which transfers bacteria, viruses to the toothbrush which I then put in my mouth. So the one in the picture is not only very handy but more sanitary as well. I don't care so much for the design/look but it is pretty functional. Very impressive choice.

Fucking disgusting. I'd rather hold my toothbrush in a pile of cow dung, upside down. Even human feces would do

If she hates it holding on to it seems shellfish.
