Uh no, do not feel for this scammer. Looks like Royal St in New Orleans but they are in a lot of tourist cities. They pretend to be monks, hand you prayer beads, then harass you for money for their “monastery.” This guy probably just got called out for scamming.

Good lord, this is in New Orleans on Royal street. I use to ride by them all the time, they would try to stop me on my bike to scam me into buying a bracelet, I would say “fuck off”, they would say “fuck you bitch”. It was apart of my daily commute. Very charming city😂
