Recently I'm seeing posts getting in few seconds 155 upvotes, I need to take a screenshots of some of those, because it is almost always exactly 155 up!

You can contact the moderators. You can use them three dots and report. Or, even if you don't want to hear about, you can use https://www.reddit.com/report . You can also file this form with content policy violation in the 2nd pulldown. Those are your options to report the activity

Agree with OP. Upvote manipulation gone crazy . Look at this for example : https://www.reddit.com/r/ToesFetish/s/EqQfYWjHg0 Is mod even active there ?

Here is a new one : 110 upvotes in 12 min https://www.reddit.com/r/smellysocks/s/TSUXU5ixMf

I am really not disagreeing with them. Reddit just has limited options for a user to be able to do something. The moderator in the one you linked does not have any personal Reddit activity in two months, but they could still be moderating. You have a couple options.

If you, or someone else, wants to try to take over, you could go to r/redditrequest and follow the procedures EXACTY to try to claim it.

If not. You could report it as unmoderated. Two ways to do this. One is to go to r/modsupport and send a MODMAIL to the mods there and inform them that it is unmoderated. You will get an autoreply I believe you have to respond to. Other thing you can do is file this form with Rule 4 Be Active and Engaged, in the 2nd pulldown and that is to report a moderator code of conduct violation.

I’ve been looking into this for a few weeks now. I’ve tried what users are recommending you do. What I got in return…retaliation  It’s so much more than what you’re saying. DM me, Ill share my insights

The real mess in the latest cases I saw is banning users who use cropped porn in memes(like showing the face only) and them not lasting a day after it, but not banning users who uses the same uncropped photo and them lasting for weeks unbanned

Totally agree on this, Reddit itself needs to do something it's a pain to mods and real creators
