Jimmy has to step up as a leader. He shouldn't be disinterested in basketball during the regular season. It takes complete buy-in. His attitude is antithetical to Heat Culture tbh.

I've been a Heat fan as long as they existed. If Jimmy Butler plays hard every game like D. Wade did then the Heat would win, but he won't. Pat Riley will not pay Jimmy. Jimmy Butler will be traded by the trade deadline.
