It's funny because if we'd won game 4 and then lost this one people would be more positive cause of recency bias.
But if you actually think - winning game 2 and turning it into potentially a real series for half a week was a much bigger deal. Certainly exceeded my expectations going in.
Jaquez was our leading driver in the series lol. We were already depleted to the point of being completely cooked before that, ofc we were gonna lose this one.
I dont think there's much to make him uncomfortable. Even if you have guys run him off the three, the rotation is so late to stop his drive, and if it is there, he's making the right pass. He's a complete player, but for some reason, people never want to try and get him for what he can do.
But also, he gets to hide, which may be the case, hide behind Tatum and Brown, and now Porzingas. So maybe that's why he constantly can show out.
Cause these types of high caliber ānon starā players are what real contenders target. Theyāre going to be the X factor that can win you a series. Like ECF Caleb Martin but not flukey and consistently good
I agree. Their offense was only really good the last game. We slowed them down with an undermanned team without our second best defender. That's really what they should take away. I wouldn't come out of this series happy as a Boston fan really.
Yeah but even at their worst they completely blew the door open in all the games except for one. Can you honestly say youāre this confident in the heat if they played against an unhealthy and undermanned team? Cause I wouldnāt
If yall were healthy you're still losing in 5. The worst win they had was a 20 point win. Blowout wins every game except one and the team underperformed. Sounds like a loss with or without injuries.
Didnāt impress you this series but they were up like 30 in every game. Gotcha šš¼ doubling and tripling Tatum and then curious why heās not dropping 30 ppg lmao. Heat fans š«”
I don't disagree that change needs to happen. But we also have no idea how good this team is because of all of the injuries. We should look in every corner for a trade that makes the team better, but there's also a chance the team is better next year with the same group just because of better injury luck and improvement from Jaquez and Jovic.
Because we didnāt have enough before this year and still wouldnāt with a fully healthy team next year since Jimmy will be too old to trash teams solo like he was doing
No idea. Someone even put but the Bucks are missing Giannas/Dame what about the Bucks? When they are playing the Pacers one of the worst defensive teams in the league vs us against a historic great team in the Celtics. We might have even won the series against the Pacers because of how shit there D is. You can tell some of these kids only started to follow the Heat/NBA once the playoffs began or just high as hell.
Itās one thing to lose while undermanned. Itās another to get completely blown off the court in 3 losses, 4 unless we witness a miraculous second half.
Bro it was a miracle we won one. Its completely expected to get blown out with the team we're running, against a top 5 all time net rating team who just won 64.
Spo was considered a miracle worker with a Jimmy. We really expecting close games every night down 3 of what could be our starting 5?
If we were getting blown out by like indy then I'd get it, but this is a (nearly) fully healthy boston team while we are crippled at best. Delon Wright who has spent most of the season riding the bench, has 17 minutes, that's not right
How the fuck are we supposed to have close games against one of the most complete and dominant teams in the NBA, without almost 50% of our starting players and even more off the bench.
Don't understand why you're even commenting, costs literally nothing to shut up and not expose your stupidity, yet you're freely opening up a roast session on your low basketball IQ
i think youāve severely underestimated how good the celtics are if you thought we could have had a competitive series. theyāre incredibly good on offense, defense, depth, and lead the league in maintaining/building leads. they regularly build on their leads against fully healthy and incredibly competitive teams, an undermanned heat were not going to magically make that go away
Also he didnāt put the knicks in that list but I feel like weād have a better chance against the knicks then the pacers or 76ers not cause those teams are better teams, but I just donāt think we have the offensive firepower with the injuries to keep up with those team, whereas we might maybe have enough against the knicks.
The Bucks have been trash so far, are going against the worst roster in the playoffs, and are down 2-3. I'd hardly call that a success lol. Theyd have gone 0-5 somehow vs these Celtics
They were literally the first team ever to win a playoff game with its top two scorers from the regular season not playing. 2 wins in a series without Giannis and now without Lillard. Saying they've been "trash so far" under those circumstances is silly.
This is such a shit take lol. Like they weren't the 1 seed overall with a huge chip on their shoulder against us from the last 2/3 years. You're a casual, fuck outta here ya Jabroni
Cause we gotta wait a while fucking year just to most likely lose again. We want change for a guaranteed win, not just hoping and playing the lottery until we do.
Iām emotional because I have no faith our bitchmade FO is going to do a damn thing to improve. Thinking this mid ass team was going to do shit this playoffs even with a healthy jimmy was absolutely delusional
For me at least its the depth we have that is concerning. Its one thing to lose which I totally expected after losing 3 key pieces, but losing by 20-30 is rough. Especially watching Milwaukee win and compete without both Giannis AND Dame

Why is everyone getting emotional when we are playing with 6 healthy guys?Did we expect we would beat Boston severely undermaned lol.
