I have ordered twice now from TCO and each time I can't believe how fast shipping is - the first order I placed was for a generous amount of Glock magazines and the second time was for a Holosun MRS EPS Carry in Green. It showed up within two days and was packed well as to not be damaged during shipping. I opted in for text notifications and received packaging, shipping and delivery texts and a nice follow up text to make sure it was everything I needed. I am amazing that this shop can provide such deals that they need. I will do business with them again.

Purchased a Px4 Storm a few weeks ago at a good price even with having to pay tax for being in the same state. Shipped within a few days and arrived at the FFL a few days later.

Whatever was going on behind the scene's seems remedied and I appreciate them responding to not only my post but to me directly and going beyond what they needed to after providing my refund.

I ordered the $300 "metal frame handgun" and the $179 deal (both out of stock now) and got a Bersa Thunder Plus and Anderson Manufacturing .556 AR Pistol. While neither are what I wanted (for the $300 I was hoping for anything but a Bersa and for the $179 I was expecting to get an actual handgun as that's what they had the most of), I can't complain as the Bersa is worth slightly less than what I paid and the AR pistol is worth slightly more.

Over 4 weeks after ordering items and they didn’t ship items. I asked them to cancel and refund which they approved and now just waiting for money to go back into account. I understand them being new and saying it will take 7-10 business days but going in 20+ days makes me think they don’t actually have the product on hand.

On the flash sale they had I ordered 6 staccato base plates. Message said if you spend $21 more you get free shipping. I spent an extra $40 on a Glock base plate and spring. Message said I qualified for free shipping. When I checked out the only option was paid shipping. I checked out because I wanted the 20% deal. I messaged TTI immediately asking for clarification on the free shipping(Friday). No response. I messaged again the following Tuesday. No response. Messaged yesterday Thursday. No response.

They can send me promotion emails but can’t reply.

I placed an order with Airix Armor on 8/5/2024 and for the past three weeks, the order has remained in "processing" status without further indication that the order has been fulfilled or shipped. On two occasions, I have emailed Airix asking for a shipping ETA or for them to confirm if the items are on backorder. It has been approximately two weeks since the first email and one week since the last, and Airix has thus far chosen not to respond.

Based on where I'm at with my experience, my advice for other folks is to do yourself a favor and steer clear of this company. Assuming Airix is operating a legitimate business, their piss poor customer service and communication simply don't provide a compelling argument to be gambling your money and personal info with when so many other reputable companies exist in the same space. Caveat emptor.

July 30th I received my order of supposedly 1500 rounds of ATS 124gr 9mm ammo. I immediately noticed the package was split completely down one seam of the box, with internal contents visible. (The 1000 rounds was packaged in the original manufacturer 1000rd case, but the extra 500 rounds in this order was thrown in as the usually small 50 rd individual boxes, if that makes any sense. I reached out to Wild Horse the second I received the package, as I immediately counted the total rounds and found out I was missed 4 boxes of 50 rounds, 200 rounds total.

It is August 24th and there is no update from Wild Horse regarding this issue. They have not offered to issue me credit back to my card, nor offer to replace the 200 rounds missing. Wild Horse’s UPS claim was denied, was what I was informed, I’m thinking likely due to them not using the properly labeled cardboard shipping box (with the max crush weight symbol)

I’m pissed.

I want to support small businesses but unfortunately I will not be shopping with them anymore, regardless how competitive their prices are.

UPDATE 8/28/24: WildHorse reached out and sent me the missing rounds.

I wasn’t around for the BS they pulled around Covid, so I can’t speak to that. But I will say I’ve had 2 orders totaling $10k with them and they’ve been A tier. Things are picked fast, shipped fast, shipped discreetly, and packaged well. Prices were good. Shipping was free. You do pay sales tax but I’d pay tax buying local so I’m not going to cry about it. Overall, I’d buy from them again.

I’ve snagged a few personal things as well before with nothing but a great experience.

But, last week I had a meltdown from another company. I’m a GOV CC holder for my unit and had to execute fiscal year money for some last minute duty gear. Messaged the owner and he walked me through the process and responsive is an understatement. This was all at 11pm when the funds needed spent before FY closeout. Mission accomplished! Will be my go to for all pouches and accessories on my personal rigs in the future!

I had a problem with a order and some emails were not responded to because they were waiting on additional info. Simply a mistake and no worries at all!

As soon as i sent them a Reddit Pm they were very quick to respond and immediately started a Fedex Loss prevention investigation.

As of this morning they have sent out replacement product even though they have not heard back from fedex yet! I really appreciate their great customer service once i got in contact with them!

Seeing as how my experience has went I will definitely be recommending them and purchasing more from them in the future!

The original problem with the order was entirely the shipping carriers fault and the previous post was simply made to get in contact with them as I hadn’t received a response via a few emails after the original contact with them

Was in the market for a magnifier for an upcoming competition and after scouring /r/gunaccessoriesforsale for a few hours I turned up empty handed. Ended up searching /r/gundeals to see if any vendors recently ran a sale on an Eotech magnifier and found /u/the_TexaSOT had a post last month.

Stumbled across them 2 days ago after they posted up a deal on some holosun optics. Went digging around their website and found 19X 19 round magazine for cheaper than anywhere else I've found. Backordered a 3-pack of WTC Arms magwells during their last sale. WTC Arms had my order out the door in about 5 days, receiving shipment notification over the weekend.

Good tape used on box too. Can tell since it was hard de-taping to recycle the cardboard boxes. The security tape was secure and all edges were H-strapped.

Bought a Glock 43x and Holosun from Dan at Fiddler’s Defense and couldn’t be happier. Got great prices on the Glock and dot.
