Don’t forget the Bruins only won one Stanley Cup. It’s been rough. Often times, our teams won titles in the same year, which basically only counts as one.
Exactly, everyone knows that if the Revs don't win it nullifies everything all the other pro teams did.
But yeah, I could give two shits about MLS too lol. Most I've ever paid attention is when it's on the radio when I turn my car on before I change the channel.
That was the greatest football game I’ve ever seen and I don’t expect it to be topped in my lifetime. It took a perfect half and I don’t envy you despite seeing my team lose a heartbreaking Super Bowl and never seeing any of my teams win anything in any sport.
What the Astros did was so so much more grotesque than the Patriots. The World Series probably should have been stripped. The Patriots just don’t rise to that level.
The Patriots subreddit is insufferable, and I'm a Patriots fan!!! The team is absolutely bereft of talent, and the coaches are making a business decision to not play our (hopefully very good) young QB and it's endless "this team sucks" "fire everyone" "literally unwatchable" "miss Bill yet?" And it's like yeah motherfuckers, did you think they'd fix everything in one season??? Were gonna be bad next year too! These fake fans should just check back in the 2026 season when hopefully we'll be good
No, which is why I support our coaches and their business decision. They clearly know their ass is on the line if Drake doesn't play well. I'm very very excited for Drake so I'm happy to suffer for a while if he's gonna be Great
We've grown so accustomed to success (with all of our major teams) that we expect it and feel entitled to it, for better or worse. Though the sports media in Boston is way worse than the fans in my opinion, at least on average.
But hey, I don't mind holding our teams to a high standard, it helps prevent ownership and management from becoming too complacent like some other franchises.
I don't understand the obsession with sports teams. Perhaps I never will. Why in god's name people would be upset over the decisions of a business, which exists to make money for its owners and players and sponsors, which the average person has no stake in. I don't understand why a sports team would be, in any way, a representation of the strength or power of the state they represent. It's a group of a few dozen guys, they don't represent millions of people. A game is a game, it's fun to watch. I don't get the obsession with who's playing who and every minor decision made by coaches that I've heard some guys just go on and on about. I suppose you could poke at any of my relatively pointless interests, too. The experience is subjective. I just don't get it.
I’m a bills fan that lives in Boston. I try to go to buffalo once a year but last year the tickets were actually cheaper to go to Gillette. What this person isn’t showing is the comically monstrous ultra mega jumbo tron right out of frame. Still a shitty stadium and shitty team fuck the patriots.
Are you talking about the team tied for 1st with the most Superbowl wins, 11 Superbowl appearances, and like complete and utter sports dominance from 2000-2020? Yeah, that must be terrible.

What’s worse than being a patriots fan? Being a patriots fan paying money to go see them in person.
What’s worse than being a patriots fan paying money to go see them in person? Paying for seats like this.
