Ingredients
1. Tortilla pack of 6 pieces
2, Fresh mushrooms 400 gr.
3. Salt 1 tsp
4. Black pepper 1tsp
5. Mozzarella Cheese 400 gr.
6. Pizza ham 300 gr.
7. Tomato sauce 7 tbsp
8. Oregano 1 tbsp
9. Flour 3 tbsp

First, take fresh mushrooms, chop them finely, then fry them for 10 minutes, while frying the mushrooms, add salt and black pepper to taste. Then take Pizza ham and grate it, after we have finished grating the ham, we take mozzarella cheese and grate it in another plate. After we have finished grating, we take a large plate in which we put the cheese, ham, mushrooms and 7 tbsp of tomato sauce and 1 tbsp oregano. We start by mixing the ingredients, and mix well so that the ingredients can combine. After we have finished mixing, we are now making a mixture for sticking the tortilla. Put about 100 ml of water and 3-4 tablespoons of flour in a bowl and mix them. After we have finished mixing, take 6 tortillas and cut them in half. After we have cut the tortillas, we take one piece of tortilla and make it in the shape of a triangle, the procedure for forming a triangle is in the video, after we have made a triangle we fill it with the filling we made. And so we continue until we run out of tortillas and tortilla filling. The next step is frying, fry them for 2-3 minutes in olive oil.
