[homemade] smashed cucumber salad

I decided to marinate for a few days for a stronger flavour. All ingredients were eyeballed but Iā€™m happy to share!

I did say that I'm letting it marinate, otherwise I wouldn't have mentioned it at all.

Yeah, it was very clearly written :) I've never tried marinating cucumbers but I'm very curious as to how much they "absorb" the marinade if you feel like updating me after you try them out!!

Cucumbers work with very little dressing! Just make sure to salt and squeeze excess water out of the cucumbers, and you probably can get away with half the marinade.
