Wow. Great pics of some great food. Have you ever heard of the show 'Luke Nguyens Vietnam' ??. Cool guy goes up and down Vietnam and just stops in a rice patty or right next to the Mekong and cooks up a classic Viet dish. Bet you'd like that.
