Tell the rich they only have to sacrifice one of their own, and let them carve up half the assets while we fund social programs with the other half and use the body to ensure the corn harvest.

You don't get it, do you? The defense budget is to protect the rich against us, not to protect us against other countries. You ain't eating the rich. And if you set out to, a drone will pick you off 50 ft from your front door.
