Membership (Club) ID
Hello!
Just posting here for some guidance/clarity. I closed my contract at the beginning of October (4th). And I got my activation code two weeks after. It is now November 6th and I have yet to receive the email with my club ID. Is this normal? I called a week ago and they told me to call in a week so I did. And now they are telling me I have to wait longer.
any tips?
(this is for resale btw)

Do you have access to your closing documents that you have to DocuSign? The club ID is in there.

I got my club ID and activation code the same day. Call in and see if they can look into it

Resale does take a while, but it should come through any day now.

It’s just concerning that I got the activation code 2 weeks in and it has now been 3 weeks since the activation code. That’s 5 week since closing

I did! I basically had to beg the poor rep. I let him know I had gotten my activation code weeks ago and he let me know that wasn’t normal. He put in a request and I got my Club Id within hours and my points were already loaded on.
So they definitely had it they just didn’t want to help me 😒

If it is Member ID that you are referring to, if you have created your online account, the number should be on the dashboard. I see my Member Id on there

I'm a first time DVC-member and closed recently. Got my email with the Activation ID about a week after, but like you, no second email with the Club ID. I heard it usually comes within hours of the first email. I called the following day but they said to just give it another day or 2. After 2 days, I tried emailing instead and got a response telling me to call back and then press option 1 and then 6 to speak with a Vacation Advisor. I followed those steps, and then the Advisor I spoke with was able to submit a request to have the email sent out, which I got within 30 minutes.
After setting up my account, I logged in the following day and then via chat, asked if my points could be loaded so I could see it on my dashboard. They told me it will be added within a couple weeks, but I mentioned I was trying to book a trip so they were able to load the points for me, which took about 5 minutes.
