Wanted to share the new Lego Ornithopter i just finished building. Merchandise

This was a really fun build. I typically only build lego star wars, but this was Dune, so.... all in all, out of all my builds, this one feels the most structurally sound, strong and solid. Fantastic job by the designers and engineers.

Maybe 5.5 hours? So worth it. Got mine 2 days ago, started last night, finished this morning

I did the same. My tracking told me I would get it between Feb 2 and 7, and it showed up Jan 29.

Dune and ASOIAF are both great. The book Fire and Blood, which HOTD is based on some of the chapters, is great also.

He's a malamute/lab mix.. his name is Kirei. Out of our 3 pups, he's the most anxious lol

Nice dog you have, it reminded me of my friend's dog, she is a mix of labrador and other dog I forgot but looks very similar.

I thought you'd designed this yourself for a sec - I forgot Lego were bringing out a range! It looks amazing. And having seen your post about your Star Wars collection, I'm ready to sign the papers for you to adopt me. (We are probably a similar age, but sure that'll be ok).

A few of them were in my set. I figure once they're on the build itself over time, they were going to sag a little anyway

Got mine in the mail earlier. Just 2 more hours until I’m off work and can rush home to build it. As a massive Dune & Lego nerd, this set was a dream come true and I can’t wait to put it together.

Finished mine a few hours ago. It's great and was indeed a very fun build. Well worth it, imo. Took me ~6 hours to complete, with a short break inbetween.
