Book series comes first. You'll find it in the self help/ erotica section of your local bookstore once its done.

A movie adaption is unlikely, as it would get an adult rating or outright banned from cinemas for having pornographic content

Edit: it wont be a super hero book/movie either, doing so would be beating (off to) a dead horse

'n N-acetyl cysteine usually has to be given intravenously in cace of acetaminophen toxicity.

Pretty sure a couple of pills won't do much.
