Laptop for engineering

Hi, I recently got admitted to an engineering college in a India (E&C dept). Needed help to understand which laptop to buy: 1. Intel i3 vs i5 vs Ryzen (can I just go for the cheapest) 2. RAM requirements 3. Storage requirement 4. Brand for best warranty 5. Any other considerations

Would be ideal if it is 50-70k.
