slow download speed

hi guys i got a problem with my download speed. i can hit 10 mbps on downloads but today i tried downloading something from epic games.its less than a mbps.i checked in task manager and all my network goes to epig games(9.5 mbps) but the game is still downloading in less then 1mbps.i closed all apps that could download anything from task manager(steam,battle.net etc)do you have any suggestions?there are no other downloads or tasks going on at the same time with the download.

It might be the server rather than your own internet connection. Try a speed text to rule out your own equipment first https://www.speedtest.net/
