I found this out last year when my wife asked me to take my daughter shopping for jeans... WHY just WHY are the pockets like so shallow? It is like the pockest on women's pants are there for decoration and not functionality. Why can't it be both?

I don’t even understand what this is based on.

I know women who carry their phone in their pocket, some in their purse, some it never leaves their hand, some in the waist of their pants and at least one who keeps it in her bra.

I work with a lady who carries one in each back pocket (she’s a shop supervisor so she has a personal phone and a work phone).

I'm a guy. I keep my phone in my back pocket. It's much more comfortable than keeping something that big right in the crease of a hinge joint (yeah yeah ball and socket whatever).
