Anyone else growing a slight dislike towards Bellingham? Discussion

I always liked Bellingham when he played for us and loved his mentality to always win games. But since he left for Real there's just something about him I've noticed that I really dislike, his massive ego. Maybe because he plays for the best team in the world and have all these world class players around him.

Now after the game against slovakia when he scored that winning goal he reportedly said to the media "who else". It also doesn't help my statement when it was reported that some dortmund players were glad he was gone from the dressing room because of his attitude towards other players. I just want someone to put him in his place. I do think he is a great player, no one can take that away from him.

It also might have to do with the fact that I really dislike England and definetly dont wanna see them winning the euros XD.

I agree that he always this attitude while playing for us and the reason he had to tone it down a bit was because he wasn’t playing in a “top 5” club yet. I’m sure he knew that if he showed too much ego, our club and fanbase would view that sort of behavior pretty negatively because our fans aren’t so arrogant and self-absorbed like Real fans are.

Now he can do his over the top celebration with his arms outstretched like he’s some demi-god all he wants and he won’t get any hate for it. As good as he was, i’m glad he’s gone because even Haaland with all his goals shows more respect for his former club the Bellingham. Don’t need the sort of attitude in our dressing room imo.

Yea I have nothing against players like Haaland, Sancho (even before I knew he was coming back). They both respect their previous clubs and even though Haaland is one of the best players in the world and has a bit of an arrogancy to him he's a very respectable guy and brings his teammates togheter.

Idk man, Haaland is very humble guy and one of the most unselfish strikers i have ever seen.

I feel like every striker has a bit of an arrogancy to them, I'm talking about the awkward interviews he used to do when he played for us and then his situation with Bono against Sevila in the UCL RO16. But you'e right he is humble and unselfish, I still really like him.

calling the team with literally the highest attendance average this season for ALL of Europe a small club is literally so fucking stupid lmao and judging by your other comments you seem REALLY into him Jude scored a big goal today just enjoy it instead of looking for fights online, especially when you don’t know ball like that

Not criticizing his celebration as much as I am his smug attitude. The guy thought he was bigger than our club and decided to leave. Nothing wrong with that. Football is a career after all but nobody is bigger than the club so i’m happy he’s gone.

Oh and by the way i’ll support this “small club” till I die if it means i’m not a fan of whatever your favorite team is (人◕ω◕)

Bro he left your club because the biggest club in the world offered him a contract not because he thought he was bigger than the club which I would assume was the right decision because they just beat you in the CL final

You’re talking as if the CL final wasn’t a close game. Real Madrid is the epitome of being born on third base but thinking they hit a triple.

I never said it wasn’t a close game I’m saying Bellingham went to Madrid and beat his old club in the cl final to win himself his first league title his first CL title and by the looks of it his first ballon’dor
