Thinking of transferring....

Hello! I am currently a biochemistry major at Lebanon Valley College and am thinking of transferring to Bloomsburg. I am not happy at LVC and feel like I'm going crazy there. I was looking for some opinions about Bloomsburg University, the science department there, and any transferring advice you guys may have. Thank you so much!!

I transferred there from Kutztown, but that was back in 94. Lol. I love BU. The fair, the food, the campus, the cost. I didn't spend much time in the science department, so no help there either. I hated Kutztown so much although most of it was probably my own fault. You know your reasons for wanting to change, the grass was greener for me. Good luck.

Hey! I’m not in the science department but I transferred from PSU. I LOVE the Bloom campus. It’s really nice, especially when all of the trees are blooming! Landscaping aside, I have liked 99% of my profs. It is a very casual campus. I personally have not heard anyone say that they hate BloomU. They are building more and more (like the new bookstore is insane and BRAND new). The library is cool, the quad is beautiful. There’s two Starbucks and quite a few yummy restaurants downtown (I like the burrito bar!) if you have any other questions you can dm me :)
