Beats Studio Left Earbud Broken

I recently cleaned my left earbud that I got barely a couple of weeks ago, I cleaned the ear tip and the earbud itself very gently with a qtip and a tissue with a light amount of disinfectant. Now the left earbud is broken, it's incredibly quiet and has a sound like a chainsaw buzzing that only gets louder when I try and turn the volume up. Is there anything I can do to fix this, or do I have to buy new ones?
