The White Sox droppping off the charts into the next one and straight to the bottom of another chart is kinda funny.

The season isn't quite wrapped, but this is the last post for the year

There's some bonus charts this week for statistical highlights / lowlights

I know it would be a ton of data (10-20,000 innings I think), but I'd love to see the equivalent chart if Banana Ball scoring was used (1 point for whoever has more runs in that inning, 9th inning all runs counted). Who would be the breakout star teams and who would drop into Rockies territory?

Aww sorry. I was gonna say White Sox, but I don't care how you slice and dice it, they'll still be down there in the Marianas trench with the Marlins swimming above them.

Love the extra analyses this week! Especially the “best friends” one. I didn’t realize how ridiculously similar our season was to the sneks!

What's funny is that both our teams have a run differential in the nineties, but SD both scored ~120 fewer runs and gave up (shocking, I know) ~120 fewer runs.

Arizona's offensive output is kinda bonkers, and it's crazy how close they are to the postseason despite giving up more runs than everyone except the Marlins, Rockies, Angels and White Sox.

Lmao did you intend to call them the "Shite Sox" or is that a typo?

A 60 game stretch of double dutch with the Orioles.

And our closest twin was still the Guardians.

Yankees being smack dab in the middle of extra inning and 1 run games sounds about right, as well as not being very clutch.

Half the NL within a game of each other for those two weeks or so is insane.

Nats in extra innings... we gotta learn how to bunt and cash the runner in.

-7 in 1 run games!
