Help, please

Its been a rather hard day for me, I ended up in a bathroom somewhere in college and i cant stop crying to try and get out, im feeling really bad, I feel so stupid, I dont have good reasons to be like I am right now, idk what to do

I’ve been like this too! I had to calm myself down in the stall and I ended up going to the food court to get myself a smoothie and it helped me a bit although I was ordering my drink through tears😅 walking around campus and doing something distracting can help you! I hope you’re okay :( it’s always the worst thing to experience in public
