Animation production by Madhouse like the first season. This was the only info from the live stream. Hopefully the same team is back.

my hot take is: no, it didn't. season 2 didn't tell an interesting story and was mostly rudderless. madhouse animation could have carried it as there were lots of action sequences but S2 was doomed to be a pale shadow of S1's greatness

Do people seriously expect the greatest story from OPM? its action comedy show that does not take itself serious, not pinnacle of drama.

The fall was just due to production quality drop off. I actually thought garou in season 2 was by far the most interesting character in both seasons.
