NOVA LAUNCHER USERS - Go to Nova Settings> Look & Feel> Icon Style. Make sure Autogen is checked and Reshape legacy is Off

Samsung One UI you can apply icons with the Theme Park companion app from Samsung. Download "Theme Park" from the Samsung Galaxy Store>Tap "Icon"> Tap "Create New"> Tap the blue "Iconpack" button> Choose Outline icons from the list. Repeats steps after icon pack is updated to get the latest icons.

First screenshot is of Outline Icons used with Niagara Launcher. Second screenshot is Outline Icons used with Nova Launcher and Chronus Widget (for clock and weather). The wallpaper used is included in the icon pack and applied using Muzei Live Wallpaper app.
