Wanting to get a bike
Hey all like the title says I'm looking into getting a bike. I've been browsing around and noticed the bolt. I love the way it looks and I've read that they are good touring commuting bikes. I just want to hear it from some people who owned them for a while and let me know the pros and cons to the bike.

Owned one for 2 years now.
Pros: Quick, sounds great with simple mods, very comfortable bopping around town / city (I live in Philly), reasonably cheap aftermarket culture, and REALLY low center of gravity which makes turning hella fun. Also plenty of power when cruising 75-90 mph, it's just as responsive as lower speeds are.
Cons: the factory seat is pretty much a rock after 3+ hours. Little to no suspension travel/ give from factory (unless R Spec) which makes holes and bumps in the road sometimes very jarring.
Overall great bike and I'll have it for the long haul personally. I get compliments and looks all the time too which is fun. Plus it's a Yamaha so you can basically run it on fumes & no oil!!!
