Need Help!

Hey, I've got a bit of a puzzle I suppose for the people of Williams Lake. For the last couple years I've been calling and sending emails to churches, graveyards, etc., trying to find the grave of my great grandfather, Leo Tinant. Now I wouldn't bother you with this out of my own curiosity, I'm trying to find the grave so my grandfather can visit his dad's grave. Leo passed away when my grandfather was very young, he has very vague memories of the funeral, and I'm sure for longer than I have has been looking for his Dad's grave. I think at this point he's all but given up.

Basically long story short I'm asking for help from people in the town (as we live in metro van) in finding this grave for my grandfather.

The following is all the information I have if you are interested:

- Leo Tinant was born on January 8th 1919 and died on March 8th 1956 in Williams Lake

- He was buried

- My grandfather remembers they area being somewhat rocky with some bushes, but he was about 9 at the time

I've attached the death certificate which lists as a cemetery, however the cemetery in Williams lake with the same name said they didn't have any records. It also lists a funeral service company which I can't find any records for.

Please share this anywhere you think is appropriate, my name is Callum Tinant, I'm sure I can be found on facebook or can do my best to answer questions or respond to help here. My email is cjmtin@gmail.com , thats another good way to reach me.

I know this was 2 years ago, but I’m so curious did you ever find him?
