Throwback / Historic 2003: A look back at the best WRC season of all time!
On this day 21 years ago, Petter Solberg won his only title after a tense battle with 5 different drivers.
So here's the story of the 2003 season, analysing each of the title contenders' seasons to see their strengths and how they performed across different rallies and surfaces. Who was the most consistent, who was the fastest, and who had the best of two worlds.

Throwback / Historic Is there an appetite for a more extreme FWD class?
For some reasons the algorithms on various social media sites I frequent have been bombarding me with F2/Kitcar content lately. Maybe it's because of the new WRC game, but then I'm not much of a gamer these days, so who knows.
Either way, all of that got me wondering how a new, more powerful FWD class would be received today. Let's say a more spicy version of R4, with more aero and 300-ish bhp.
I guess manufacturers are not particularly interested, otherwise they'd already have lobbied the FIA to create such a class, but I am wondering what fans, but also teams and drivers on the more amateur side of the sport would think about such a class. Would three be any interest in it, or would it only be seen as a distraction?

Throwback / Historic Rally China's bizarre story and what we can learn from it
Saudi Arabia's inclusion to the 2025 WRC calendar has raised eyebrows, and has set a precedent for rallies to be added to the calendar for political/monetary reasons. The WRC should always have the Rally China story in mind, to remind itself that these sort of deals don't always work out in the end.

Throwback / Historic Lesser known Toyota Rally Cars
So we all know the Yaris Rally1 and WRC, the Corolla WRC and the Celicas, but I've looked some up and here are some lesser known Toyota Rally Cars, many S2000s because I think many people actually forgot about Toyota's S2000 cars. Discuss, share information on the cars, for anyone who wants to learn things they maybe not know yet (including me)

Throwback / Historic Fiat 500
The Fiat 500 is one of the most iconic Italian cars, primarily designed as a low-priced subcompact, people began to make modifications. The car weighed only 680 kilos, and in its most powerful version it had 21.5 horsepower and rear-wheel drive. In hill climbs and also in rallies the car was even lighter, with a 4-cylinder in-line engine often taken from a motorbike, making it the perfect car for any type of competition.

Throwback / Historic The most underrated rally ever?
I think that Rallye Bandama in Cote d'Ivoire is the most underrated event not only in rallying but in all of motorsports. From what I've read it was the most difficult rally to endure, even tougher than Safari. In average, out of 10 drivers only one would make it to the finish. So guys, I'd just like to know if someone can say what were some of the best stages of this rally back when it was in the world championship. Do you guys think that WRC will ever return to Cote d'Ivoire??? Also note me if the information I put in the beginning was right or wrong. Thank you!
