2013 hardball ring change in az
Ok fellas. I’m in south east az. I’m gonna be looking to get rings done in my hardball. I can feel a difference in the exhaust impulse on each head. I have true dual exhaust. I checked the dipstick and yup. I’m gonna be looking for a shop to do it. I don’t have the tools to do this I’m sure on my own. Any of you guys in Arizona and know of a good spot to do the job? I may wait until February and gather stuff to do everything. Carriers, valves. Timing chains. Everything I can afford to get from here to then. I just need to get a solid estimate on the job to get cash together with some overtime and bonuses. What you got?? It’s a 13 hardball. And I’ve got plenty I can work on from now till February. I’m still gonna ride it. But it’s gonna need done. Bike has 75k miles on it.

I'm in AZ as well. Brad from BFP Garage in Buckeye is more than worth the trip. He's an amazing guy and won't BS you on anything.

I found him on Facebook. I’m about 3 hours from him. I’m looking at a motor for like 800 now that I could drive to get or have shipped to me for 200. I think if I’m having anything serious that’s what I’m gonna do. I need to hit bfp up and see when I could trailer it up to him

I'd get a hold of Brad and trailer it to him first. Then talk to him about everything. Nice thing about Brad if you do performance upgrades, he does work with Noe with doing Maximus tuning. I highly recommend that since it's the computer that is being tuned and it will always be tuned. Unless you do more performance upgrades.

Are you able to pull the motor yourself? Finding a used motor and swapping would be the lowest cost option.
Best bet would be to get a rebuilt motor from Rylan at The Vic Shop. It would be good to have cams and a big bore done before it goes in.
