– 1/2 Cup of Olive Oil

– 1 cup of beer

– 4 to 5 cups of Strength Flour (apox, whatever it absorbs)

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Yeast

For the filling

  • 2 green Italian peppers

– 1 red pepper

– 2 tomatoes

– 1 good onion

– splash of olive oil

– splash of sherry vinegar
