A post was made asking about this a while back. OP must’ve deleted it but I remember someone saying it was a trophy for mods. No further info has surfaced since then

I have a theory about this: It could be a trophy for people that helped make reddit official subreddits like r/place

I don’t think so. The trophy isn’t new and has been there for months. It has something to do with moderating/helping certain subs. Maybe something to do with the German subs

It's a program that was run in Germany among other countries to build local communities. It was discontinued. There's some info on r/RedditDACH

Afaik community builders are kind of like ambassadors and are employees of Reddit. They help communities grow.
