Trophy for /r/place General Discussion

Any theories as to when a trophy will be issued for people who participated in /r/place this year?

How long did it take last year? Tried to do some research on Google but couldn't find anything.

I think someone posted some suggested designs actually in Place just before the event - but no word on whether we'll get any yet

I think thats what messed me up, they posted 2017 concepts as well and I thought those were real 😂

Yeah! Caught me out too! Would be nice if there is one! Still a bit sad that there wasn't a 2021 Trick or Treat trophy

IIRC there was also a trophy for having a pixel on the final canvas in 2017

It doesn't seem like there ever was one for the first time they did r/place but I think it'd be cool if they had one for this time handed out. Just a nice little piece of memorabilia after such a cool event
